• WhatsApp messages: For urgent notifications, job alerts, and platform communications
• Web notifications: Push notifications through your web browser for real-time updates

You can manage your communication preferences in your account settings at any time. However, certain essential communications regarding your account and services cannot be opted out of.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

4. Services

DroneConnect provides a platform connecting drone pilots with clients seeking drone services. The Platform:

• Facilitates connections between pilots and clients

• Offers payment processing services
• Does not guarantee the quality of services provided by pilots
• Is not responsible for disputes between pilots and clients

5. Pilot Requirements

Pilots using the Platform must:

• Hold valid licenses and certifications required in their jurisdiction
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Comply with all local aviation regulations
• Provide accurate information about their qualifications and experience
• Deliver services professionally and as agreed with clients

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients using the Platform must:

• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Ensure all necessary permissions and permits are obtained for drone operations
• Make timely payments for services rendered
• Communicate clearly with pilots regarding job requirements

7. Payments and Fees

DroneConnect charges fees for its services. All fees are clearly disclosed before any transaction. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Refund policies are subject to the specific circumstances and our discretion.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purposes
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Circumvent the Platform to avoid fees

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DroneConnect or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

DroneConnect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DroneConnect in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
